The French Ministry of Education certifies the French language proficiency of non-native French speakers through two internationally recognised diplomas:
- DELF – Diplôme d’études en langue française: The DELF assesses French language skills from Level A1 to Level B2, corresponding to beginner to independent users.
- DALF – Diplôme approfondi de langue française: The DALF certifies advanced proficiency at Level C1 and Level C2, intended for autonomous and proficient users.
Why you should consider DELF/DALF exam?
The DELF and DALF are official, internationally recognised French language diplomas awarded by the French Ministry of Education. Valid for life with no expiry date, they provide reliable certification of your French language proficiency. Widely accepted in India and around the world, these diplomas are often required for higher education, professional opportunities, immigration, or residency in French-speaking countries, and serve as recognised proof of French proficiency for academic and job applications.
