On the occasion of the Festival of Non-Violence through the Arts festival at Natarani
The Festival of Non-Violence, to renew discussions and thinking on these issues in an increasingly violent world. With agression and violence against women, Dalits and Adivasis on the rise, Darpana wished to expand the scope of the 2014 festival to include college and school level activities and debates, five days of performances and workshops by visiting artists engaged in pushing for peace and non violence through their art. The Festival starts on 30 January 2014 and goes on till 4 February 2014.
