Switzerland, a member of the International Organization of La Francophonie, has always been a significant promoter and supporter of language and culture within the Francophone community.
As music transcends beyond borders and connects with people effortlessly, the official Swiss diplomatic representations in India have invited Swiss composer and performer Célina Ramsauer to give a virtual concert for the French language week “Francophonie 2021”. Célina will play the accordion and perform her original compositions in French. In her set, she will also perform India inspired songs.
The virtual concert will be premiered online on Facebook on 21 March 2021 in partnership with the network of Alliances Françaises in India and the French Institute in India, 7 pm onwards.
The event will be free and open to all.
