August 15th is a very important day in India and not celebrating it was unimaginable.
On this very particular day we all commemorate the impact of Gandhi’s action and philosophy, he fought so peacefully for independence.
After watching a documentary on independence, we will read together some section of the book “Cette nuit la liberté” written by a famous french writer.
Then, there will be a discussion about the heritage of Gandhi in India today? How is the philosophy of Gandhi present in our daily life in Gujarat?
After these debates and the conclusion of cultural confrontations we will all together sing Indian National Anthem: Jana Gana Mana.
